Refunds and cancellation
Cancel before dispatch for a full refund. After delivery, one free size exchange, and anything faulty is on us.
Cancelling an order
You can cancel any time before your order is dispatched and get a full refund. Once it has been dispatched it cannot be cancelled, but the exchange and damage rules below still apply.
If we cancel your order (for example, if an item cannot be made or a price was wrong), you get a full refund.
Size exchange
One free size exchange per item within 7 days of delivery. The tee must be unworn and unwashed, with its tags and packaging. If the new size is not available, we refund you instead.
Damaged, faulty or wrong item
Tell us within 48 hours of delivery and send photos of the item and its packaging. We send a replacement at no cost, or a full refund if a replacement is not possible.
Change of mind
We do not take returns for change of mind. The free size exchange above covers fit.
How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5 to 7 working days of approval. Your bank may take a few more days to show it. Shipping charges are refunded when the mistake is ours.
